Availability Periods: Suppliers define different pricing periods based on factors like seasonality, demand, and special offers. The system identifies the applicable pricing period based on the traveling dates.
Latest Rate Retrieval: The system automatically retrieves the most current rate for the service from the supplier's system, ensuring that your pricing is always accurate and up-to-date.
Option Level Update: The retrieved rates are updated at the option level within your system. This means the pricing is specific to the chosen options or variations of the service.
Linked Options/Services Only: It's important to note that this rate retrieval only applies to linked options or services that are already connected to the booking.
Excludes "Add New Service": The "Retrieve Rate" function does not apply to services added through the "Add New Service" feature in the "Buy Price" section. These services will require manual rate entry.
