To streamline the booking process, our system allows you to duplicate existing booking codes. This feature is particularly useful when creating similar bookings, as it eliminates the need to manually enter all the details again. Please follow these steps to duplicate a booking code:

1. Select the Existing Booking/Product: Begin by locating and selecting the booking or product you wish to duplicate from the list of existing bookings. This will serve as the template for your new booking.

2. Click button "Copy" on the Booking and click New: Once selected, click the "Copy" button. This action will copy the booking details to your clipboard and automatically open a new tab in your web browser.

3. Go to New Tab and click Paste into the New Tab: Navigate to the newly opened tab. Here, you will find a blank booking form with the copied data ready to be pasted. Click the "Paste" button to populate the form with the details from the original booking.

4. Modify and Rename the Booking Code: The system requires each booking code to be unique. Therefore, you must modify the booking code in the new tab. Carefully review all the details of the booking and make any necessary changes to reflect the new booking's specifications. Then, rename the booking code to a unique identifier. Consider using a system that includes date, location, or other unique identifiers to aid in future retrieval.

5. Save the New Booking: After making all the necessary modifications and renaming the booking code, click the "Save" button. This action will create a new booking code in the system, effectively duplicating the original booking with your specified changes. The new booking will now be available in your booking list.
