MARKET: Defines the geographical or demographic source market eligible for this product configuration and rate tier (e.g., set to WW for Worldwide open distribution, or restricted to specific inbound regions such as United States of America (US), Europe (EU), Australia (AU), or Asia (AS). This controls which market segments receive the customized product rates and conditions.
EXCEPT MARKET: Allows you to exclude specific regional markets from accessing or booking the product, even when broader market rules are active.
AGENCY: Specifies the exact B2B travel agencies, partner DMCs, or corporate partners authorized to access, quote, and book this product or package. Setting this to --ALL-- allows universal availability across all partner companies, while selecting individual agencies restricts access to contracted partners.
EXCEPT AGENCY: Excludes specific agency accounts from viewing or booking this product, providing granular control over partner-specific distribution agreements.
AGENT: Sets individual consultant- or user-level booking permissions under the selected agencies. Choosing --ANY-- makes the product available to all consultants within the permitted agency network, while selecting specific agents restricts access exclusively to designated travel designers or key account handlers.
