Primary Task: Define high-level booking parameters and client details.
Key Actions: Enter the booking code, booking name, agency/market source, travel period, booking type (e.g., Leisure/Package), lead passenger info, and select the target selling currency.
Primary Task: Establish group size ranges and passenger tier structures.
Key Actions: Configure passenger count buckets (e.g., 1-1, 2-2, 3-6,...25-40) and define rooming/occupancy setups so cost and price breakdowns scale accurately across different group sizes. It is strongly recommended to link all group sizes at this stage so that complete rate variations can be accurately passed to and managed within Pax Management based on the exact number of passengers.
Primary Task: Build the itinerary cost structure by adding supplier's net rates.
Key Actions: Link specific itinerary services, hotels, flights, meals, guides, and miscellaneous fees (e.g., bank fees, water, gifts). System automatically aggregates supplier costs into the total Buy Price (Net Cost).
Primary Task: Apply markups and margins to establish commercial pricing using either a Markup Direct setup or predefined Markup Schemes.
Key Actions: Set percentage or fixed markups across services/modules, evaluate overall profit margins, and lock in the final Sell Price (Gross Quote) before distributing rates to the Pax Management Tab
Primary Task: Assign specific traveler identities and passenger policies.
Key Actions: Map individual passengers to roles (Adults, Children, Tour Leaders), apply child discounts or Tour Leader exemptions, and verify final per-person rate adjustments.
Primary Task: Apply designated templates to complete and format client-facing itinerary details, logistical notes, and presentation content.
Key Actions: Review and edit service descriptions, logistical notes, day-by-day inclusions/exclusions, and finalize the descriptive text generated on client proposals and itinerary links.
File management capabilities include creating new files, copying existing ones, and assigning files to users or groups within the organization.
The Information tab on Tour Chain includes essential details such as general product information, booking procedures, a range of product booking options, and information regarding validity and blackout dates.
Pax Break is a feature designed to specify the passenger range that a booking covers in terms of cost. This functionality allows for the setting of multiple passenger ranges for various services and options. It can be configured either by default or through manual adjustments. The specific number of passengers can be assigned in the Pax Management after the Buy Price was made.
The 'Buy Price' feature is specifically designed for entering the rate categories charged by suppliers for services or options. These rate types include pricing per person, per group, price bands, and accumulated costs.

Markup is categorized into three distinct types:
CRM: This type is determined by the partner's set policy. It is usually used for products
Direct MK: Markup is specifically applied to Landing services and Accommodation.
Markup Scheme: This involves markup based on the specific type of service.
The description is linked to all contents from the associated activities.
