The Information tab on Tour Chain includes essential details such as general product information, booking procedures, a range of product booking options, and information regarding validity and blackout dates.
Pax Break is a feature designed to specify the passenger range that a booking covers in terms of cost. This functionality allows for the setting of multiple passenger ranges for various services and options. It can be configured either by default or through manual adjustments. The specific number of passengers can be assigned in the Pax Management after the Buy Price was made.
The 'Buy Price' feature is specifically designed for entering the rate categories charged by suppliers for services or options. These rate types include pricing per person, per group, price bands, and accumulated costs.

Add a NEW SERVICE / OPTION that your company has not uploaded on the system yet. After adding this NEW SERVICE, the Add New service could not be reused for other product or bookings

Enables customisation of items within an already created activity. This modification only applies to the current booking and does not impact the original activity

Markup is categorized into three distinct types:
CRM: This type is determined by the partner's set policy.
Direct MK: Markup is specifically applied to Landing services and Accommodation.
Markup Scheme: This involves markup based on the specific type of service.
The description is linked to all contents from the associated activities. Each day's program or activity has its own content, which the system automatically retrieves and incorporates into the booking. While this content is editable within the booking, any changes made do not impact the original content.
Timing was employed to incorporate the duration of each individual service, contributing to the calculation of the overall duration. This cumulative time was then utilized to denote the total time spent on the entire product

Load an image onto the Image Library of Tour Chain. The format of the image is recommended to be set at Width: 750 px, dpi: 150, JPG.
